Tennis Superstore Return Policy

All items must be purchased from Tennis Superstore and returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All items returned for credit/exchange must be in new resalable condition and in the original packaging with original tags. Items returned for warranty replacement can be exchanged or a replacement can be sent. Tennis Superstore does not issue credit for defective merchandise. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all items sent to the manufacturer for their evaluation. All other returns will be completed upon arrival. The customer pays shipping costs to Tennis Superstore unless we made an error with your order or the merchandise you received was damaged. A 10% restocking charge will apply to all saleable items returned for credit. Tennis Superstore reserves the right to refuse any and all items, which do not meet the above terms and conditions.
