The V-CON X18 is built for an all court game. It has a distinctive mix of power, playability, control, and comfort. The frame is composed of high modulus carbon graphite. It's design concept centers around Yonex' exclusive VCS (Vibration Control Shaft) technology, which utilizes Elastomer to reduce vibration to a comfortable level with a nice mix of playability and dampened feel. The utilization of soft and shockless grommets also aids in vibration dampening and makes this frame very easy on the arm and perfect for those with tennis eIbow. It's expanded sweetspot provides a natural feel when hitting topspin, slice, or flat power shots. It's swing weight and ideal balance make it a very maneuverable racquet, and the varying frame thickness provides the right stiffness level for a comfortable feel, excellent spin, and controllable power.
